While he specializes in quality assurance and software testing, John's experience runs the gamut of the IT, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Consulting and Finance industries, having worked in nearly every environment from small start-up organizations to large Fortune 500 financial institutions. He has attained certificates in Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing and Project Management He is a published author of several international journal publications and an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA.
