Betty Luedke is a recognized expert in Requirements Definition and Management (RDM) leveraging processes, techniques and supportive technology that enable effective business and IT collaboration. She draws on her broad experience from defense, government, finance, transportation, healthcare and communications in a variety of system development roles to identify "patterns for success." Luedke has facilitated numerous implementations of good RDM practices and elicited requirements for many successful development efforts. She has presented her insights for successful RDM implementation to a variety of professional audiences and has demonstrated collaborative team leadership and the ability to guide key direction-setting sessions for major corporations. She resides in Arlington, Texas and is the requirements practice manager for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).
