Mary Gorman, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), is a senior associate with EBG Consulting Inc. For more than 20 years, Mary has worked with many organizations, including numerous Fortune 100 companies, as a consultant, mentor, trainer, facilitator, process engineer, and analyst building robust business and system models.
Mary has deep experience helping managers and analysts plan, build, monitor, and measure requirements deliverables in a variety of ways:
Creating and customizing job aids, such as deliverable frameworks, templates, style guides, and evaluation criteria.
Defining stewardship roles and responsibilities.
Creating traceability matrices.
Mentoring project stakeholders to help them understand and leverage the behavioral, structural, dynamic, and control requirements models.
Mary also serves on the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) committee and leads the Requirements Elicitation subcommittee. She also serves on the team responsible for creating the certification exam for the Certified Business Analysis Professional. |
