Jim Highsmith, a recognized leader in the Agile project management and software development movement, will offer public courses through Agile University, a training organization dedicated to advancing the adoption of Agile approaches.
The first course, Creating an Agile Enterprise, identifies the benefits of creating an Agile enterprise and six critical transition areas including, organization, processes, culture, alignment, governance, and performance.
The second course, Agile Project Management, uses both presentation and practical exercises to outline how a well-thought-out approach to Agile project management can help increase innovation, keep costs down, and shorten product development cycles.
The Creating an Agile Enterprise course is offered at Agile University headquarters in Boulder, Colo., on July 10, 2007. Agile Project Management is offered at the same location on July 11 and 12, 2007.
