About Software Testing Tools and Frameworks
Software testing tools come in many shapes and sizes. From open source tools to large-scale enterprise tools, there is a huge variety and number of tools available catering to the software test communities. Tools used by testers include those that are used for test management and track artifacts from test phases such as scripts or defects. There are also tools that perform and automate various aspects of test such as functional test or performance test. Test automation frameworks are available that allow for writing and maintaining automation scripts and tracking status of execution and results.
